Sandra Pineda is originally from Colombia and has been living in Canada for the past 24 years. She graduated with a degree in Business and initially worked in the banking industry back home. For the past 17 years, Sandra has been passionate about her career in real estate.
She began as a mortgage broker, where she gained valuable experience during her first five years in the industry. Eager to keep learning and growing, she advanced to her current position as a successful realtor. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Sandra has worked with many Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-understood. She takes pride in simplifying the buying and selling process, especially for those who prefer communication in their native language.
Sandra finds real estate rewarding, as it allows her to assist families during life-changing moments. Her expertise has led her to work with builders and take on exciting projects, representing one builder in over 170 transactions.
As a result of her dedication, she has earned multiple awards, including being a top producer in her office and ranking in the top 1% in Century 21 Canada for production and sales volume.
